James has demonstrated a proven track record of delivering successful investment opportunities in varied market conditions and has firmly established a reputation as one of the UK’s leading experts on commercial property syndication.
James is a qualified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and in an approved ‘Controlled Person’ with the Financial Conduct Authority. Working initially in general practice for the commercial asset management and business space division of Knight Frank in London before specialising in the syndication of commercial property investments nationally.
